President Donald Trump delivered his first address to Congress Tuesday night and called for help in rebuilding the nation's infrastructure.

President Trump signed an order February 28 directing EPA to begin the process of repealing the Clean Water Rule, also known as the “Waters of the United States” rule.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled on February 28 that it lacked jurisdiction to consider a challenge to a decision by the EPA related to blending and bypasses.
