With the Dental Amalgam Rule now in effect for new sources, EPA is preparing implementation aids for the rule. NACWA’s Pretreatment & Pollution Prevention Committee provided comments to EPA on its draft sample one-time compliance report, which is expected to be posted on the EPA website soon.
