The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Wastewater Management is hosting two webinars to review the newly modernized version of the Effective Utility Management (EUM) Primer.  

First issued in 2008, EUM was developed by utilities for utilities and is the most widely used water utility management framework in the country. It is endorsed by EPA and other water associations, including NACWA. 

The webinars will also provide information about implementing EUM and attendees will have the opportunity to ask the EUM Steering Group questions. Registration details are available at the links below:
