Integrated Water and Stormwater Infrastructure Symposium Held In DC

Nov 6, 2018

Public_Private_Partnership_Examples(November 6, 2018) - The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP) teamed up with EPA on November 1 to hold a one-day symposium tailored to understanding how public-private partnerships (P3s) can be an effective means of leveraging resources and funding opportunities for municipal stormwater infrastructure.

NACWA’s CEO, Adam Kranz, spoke during an opening session about barriers, challenges, and potential solutions to addressing the nation’s deteriorating water infrastructure. The event attracted fifty water sector experts and offered discussions on integrated water management and alternative solutions to nutrient pollution, the community benefits of a sustainable stormwater program, and setting strategic priorities.
