Please register by Tuesday, August 20th to receive the early bird rate. After that date, regular registration fees apply. Please note that registration form and payment must be submitted in full by the early bird deadline, in order to receive the discount.
Advance registrations must be received by Friday, October 25, 2019. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via E-Mail. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline although the attendee may not appear in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at registration@nacwa.org.
Full Seminar registration fees include access to all sessions Wednesday through Friday and an evening reception on Wednesday and Thursday. Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts, speaker biographies, as well as a participant list. The Seminar meals included are: coffee services Wednesday morning through Friday morning; light food and beverages at the Wednesday and Thursday night reception; and a plated lunch on Wednesday.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by November 1, 2019. After November 1, 2019, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation request is submitted on or before Friday, November 15, 2019. There on after, registration is considered final and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via e-mail to registration@nacwa.org.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Seminar as long as they are received no later than Monday, November 18, 2019. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s 2019 National Clean Water Law & Enforcement Seminar and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk and drop off your business card or email Ebony Scott at escott@nacwa.org after the Seminar and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
If you are interested in Continuing Legal Education Credits specifically, please visit the CLE Page and be sure to sign-in on the daily attendance sheet. CLE forms/letters will be made available for pick-up on the final day of the Seminar at the NACWA registration desk.

The fare from the airport to the hotel is $2.50 (one-way). Head to the Ground Transportation level of the airport. Walk outside and look for the neon blue guitar bus stop. Take the bus to Lavaca and West 4th St. The hotel is about an 8 minute walk from the bus stop.
