Registration Fees & Information
You may register for Strategic Communications: H2O in two easy ways:

- Mail/Fax: download and complete the registration form and send it with payment to NACWA.

Advance registrations must be received by Friday, May 17, 2019. Registrations are accepted after the deadline, but attendees are not guaranteed to be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact registration@nacwa.org.
Full conference registration fees include access to all activities Monday through Tuesday, including but not limited to: the sessions, the luncheon and the evening social event. There will be coffee service throughout the conference, lunch on Monday and light food and beverage during the reception on Monday evening.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by May 17, 2019. After May 17, 2019, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation request has been submitted on or before Friday, May 31st. Thereafter, registration is considered final and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via e-mail to registration@nacwa.org.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.
Consent to Use Image
Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.
Social Media
The views and opinions expressed on NACWA’s social media sites and links to other Internet resources do not necessarily represent those of NACWA. NACWA cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by external parties.
Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s 2019 Strategic Communications: H2O conference and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk at the conference and leave your business card or email escott@nacwa.org after the conference and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
Ground Transportation
The Westin Cleveland Downtown is approximately 13 miles from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). The hotel does not provide shuttle service; however, there are several transportation alternatives:
Taxi Cab: A taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately $35, one way.
Uber: The fare for an UberX is approximately $20, one way.
Lyft: The estimate fare from the airport to the hotel is $21 - $25.
Car Rental: Avis Rent-A-Car is NACWA’s official car rental company for this meeting. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is T563400.
Hotel Parking: The hotel offers self-parking and valet parking at $34 per day.
