Register one of two easy ways
- Online at your convenience OR
- Mail/Fax: download and complete the registration form and send it with payment to NACWA.
Advance registrations must be received by Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at registration@nacwa.org.
Full conference registration fee includes access to all activities Sunday through Tuesday, including but not limited to: committee meetings; general sessions; and, evening social events including transportation (if not within walking distance of the meeting hotel). Meals included are: breakfast during a committee meeting on Tuesday; as well as light food and beverage at the Sunday and Monday evening receptions. There will also be morning and afternoon beverage service Sunday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by January 18, 2017. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied. Submit all requests to registration@nacwa.org.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned. We do request business attire on Sunday and Monday evening.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.
Consent to Use Image
Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.
Social Media
The views and opinions expressed on NACWA’s social media sites and links to other Internet resources do not necessarily represent those of NACWA. NACWA cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by external parties.
Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s 2017 Winter Conference and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk at the conference and leave your business card or email tkenia@nacwa.org after the conference and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
Bringing a Family Member?
Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Tampa? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions and in the spouse lounge. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.
