Charlotte Katzenmoyer has 30 years of experience in the water industry including private sector consulting and public utility experience. Ms. Katzenmoyer is the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Region Water where she oversees a 145-employee utility that serves the City of Harrisburg and surrounding communities with drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services. In a previous role, she served as Director of Public Works for the City of Lancaster where she oversaw the modernization of its water and sewer infrastructure and developed a nationally recognized green stormwater infrastructure program.
