The Energy Workgroup will convene on Thursday, June 29, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm ET to discuss the cross-cutting issue of Renewable Identification Number (RINs) credits issued under EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). To help untangle this complicated process, members of NACWA’s newest legal affiliates, Eversheds-Sutherland, will give an overview and presentation on the challenges and opportunities of RINs for wastewater treatment facilities.

In addition to the presentation, there will be ample time for a Q&A session, so participants should be prepared to ask questions.
