National Academy Seeks Input on Affordability
Mar 28, 2017
The National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) is seeking input for a new survey on water affordability as per a congressional request. The survey aims to create a definition and framework for community affordability to be used in EPA’s Financial Capability Assessment for control of Combined Sewer Overflows (CSOs). In addition, the study allows opportunities to address innovative practices, such as integrated planning, non-point source controls, and green infrastructure.
If you have thoughts or opinions on the benefits or weaknesses of the Financial Capability Assessment, this survey is a useful vehicle for feedback. Please find the link to the survey here.
