Three Inland Empire facilities receive national recognition

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) recognized three Fontana water facilities for outstanding compliance and water quality requirements. The Carbon Canyon Water Recycling Facility and Regional Water Recycling Plants No. 1 and No. 5 received the 2023 Peak Performance Awards for excellence in wastewater treatment as outlined by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit.
