NACWA Joins in River Rally, Discusses Clean Water Utility Perspective
NACWA joined in the River Network’s annual River Rally conference in Washington, DC this month as both presenter and sponsor, sharing the municipal clean water utility perspective at a gathering of the nation’s leading river advocacy organizations.
NACWA staff participated in a roundtable discussion on the importance of Integrated Planning (IP), as well as how local communities can best position themselves to access federal funding through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) provided under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) that was signed into law by President Biden late last year. NACWA looks forward to its further collaboration with the River Network and their members to address many of the key clean water challenges facing local communities.
