Clean Water Current

(May 15, 2018) - NACWA will host the next installment of its Hot Topics in Clean Water Law Webinars on June 20, from 2:00-3:30 pm ET.  The webinar will provide a preview of the upcoming joint meeting of the Legal Affairs Committee and Climate and Resiliency Committee, with discussion focused on litigation involving impacts from climate change and a recent report issued by the Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) regarding potential areas of liability for a variety of sectors, including municipalities, resulting from climate change impacts.
