Clean Water Current

NACWA presented at the American Law Institute’s (ALI) 47th Annual Environmental Law Conference in Washington, DC on February 10.  The Association participated in a panel discussion on the Clean Water Act: Latest Developments Concerning Water Resources and Water Quality, focusing on recent court decisions impacting clean water, as well as regulatory and litigation trends regarding nutrients and stormwater.

The ALI Environmental Law Conference attracts a national audience of lawyers and environmental professionals and explores the latest developments and emerging trends in the field of environmental law. The 2017 conference focused on environmental law under the Trump Administration and new Congress.
