Registration is closed for this event.
Advance registrations must be received by Friday, July 7, 2017. All registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Registrations are accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact registration@nacwa.org.
The full conference registration fee includes access to all activities Sunday through Wednesday, including but not limited to: committee meetings; general sessions; and, evening social events including transportation (if not within walking distance of the meeting hotel). Included in your registration are: light food and beverage at the Sunday and Tuesday evening receptions, and ballpark fare on Monday evening. There will also be morning and afternoon beverage service Sunday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by July 7, 2017. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied. Submit all requests via e-mail to registration@nacwa.org.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned. Dress casual for the baseball event on Monday evening. We do request business attire on Tuesday evening.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.
Consent to Use Image
Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.
Social Media
The views and opinions expressed on NACWA’s social media sites and links to other Internet resources do not necessarily represent those of NACWA. NACWA cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by external parties.
Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s 2017 Utility Leadership Conference and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk at the conference and leave your business card or email Tina S. Kenia after the conference and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
Bringing a Family Member?
Do you have spouse, family member joining you in St. Louis? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions and in the spouse lounge. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.
Ground Transportation
The hotel is approximately 15 miles from the Lambert St. Louis International Airport. The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle from the airport; however, there are several transportation alternatives:
Taxi Cab
Taxi is approximately $40, each way.
Metrolink
Hotel guests can exit at 8th and Pine Street (hotel is at 4th and Chestnut Street. one block from Pine Street). Total travel time is approximately 27-30 minutes. The trains run approximately every 30 minutes for dependable and efficient St. Louis airport transportation. It is approximately $4.00 to and from the airport.

A reservation is strongly suggested but not required. Please call 877.785.4682 or click here to make a reservation, at a discounted rate, or for more information regarding the shuttle. The discounted cost per person is $22.50 one-way or $40.50 roundtrip for the St. Louis airport shuttle.
Car Rental

Hotel Parking
The hotel offers overnight valet parking that is available at $36/day with ‘in and out’ privileges. Self-parking is also available, at many parking lots nearby.
