Advance registrations must be received by Monday, April 30, 2018. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Registration will be accepted after the deadline but attendees may not be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at registration@nacwa.org.
Workshop registration fee includes access to all activities Wednesday through Friday, including but not limited to: committee meetings; plenary sessions; and, evening social events. The Training registration fee includes all Tuesday sessions for the training that attendees are registered for. Meals during the Workshop include: light food and beverage at the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions, as well as morning and afternoon beverage service Wednesday morning through Friday morning. The Training includes a continental breakfast as well as morning and afternoon beverage service.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by April 30, 2018. After April 30, 2018, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation request has been submitted on or before Monday, May 14, 2018. There on after, registration is considered final, and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via e-mail to registration@nacwa.org.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Workshop & Training; requests must be made by Monday, May 14, 2018. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned. We do request business attire on Wednesday and Thursday evening.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored Workshop & Training, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.
Consent to Use Image
Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s 2018 National Pretreatment & Pollution Prevention Workshop & Training and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk at the Workshop & Training and leave your business card or email tkenia@nacwa.org after the Workshop & Training and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
Bringing a Family Member?
Do you have spouse or family member joining you in Providence? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.
Ground Transportation
The Providence Biltmore is approximately 12 miles from the T.F. Green Airport (PVD) and is approximately 52 miles from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The hotel does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle however there are several transportation alternatives:
T.F. Green Airport (PVD)
Uber: The estimate fare from the hotel to PVD to the hotel is $14-19. Please note that you can only take an Uber to the airport. Customer pick-ups from PVD are no longer permitted.
Lyft: The estimate fare from the airport to the hotel is $21.
RIPTA: Take the Route 20 bus, Kennedy Plaza (Providence), to get to the hotel. Once on the bus, get off at the Weybosset Opp Eddy stop. From there, the hotel is about a 3 minute walk.
Super Shuttle: Representatives are available at PVD Baggage Claim or by phone at 800.258.3826. You may also book tickets online. Guests must make reservations directly with Super Shuttle to arrange return transportation to the airport.
Taxi Cab: The estimate fare from PVD to the hotel is $36.
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
