Brian is the executive director of the Greater Peoria Sanitary District, has experience as a board member of an insurance company and bank, and is an attorney. He has experience and relationships across multiple industries, and is often asked to provide strategic advice and leadership in complex situations. He was named a "40 Leader Under 40" and a "Leading Lawyer." 

He builds value through constant curiosity, questioning the status quo, challenging assumptions, inclusive decision making, connecting the dots, developing and executing on goals, and building relationships across multiple sectors. Most importantly, he will never ask someone to do something he wouldn't do himself. 

Brian has previously served in a management position for a large healthcare organization (M&A role) and was a private practice attorney for nearly 12 years (corporate/business law). He holds a Juris Doctorate, Executive Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Systems, Certificate in Water Reclamation, and Certificate in Corporate Sustainability.
