2024 PFAS Virtual Workshop

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by Friday, August 23^rd, 2024. After August 23^rd, 2024, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation request is submitted on or before Friday, September 6^th, 2024. There on after, registration is considered final, and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via email to registration@nacwa.org.   

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events, including any claims related to communicable diseases, whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.
