Fall Strategic Leadership & Board of Directors Meeting

We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events, including any claims related to communicable diseases, whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

Be sure to register them so they can join you at the NACWA Social Event on Monday night. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

The Don CeSar is approximately 28 miles from the Tampa International Airport (TPA) and approximately 20 miles from the St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Uber – An UberX from TPA to the hotel is an estimated $43 and from PIE, it is an estimated $30. 

Lyft – A Lyft from TPA to the hotel is approximately $45 - $50 and from PIE, it is an about $40.

Taxi Cab – The estimated fare from TPA to the hotel is $65 and from PIE, it is approximately $47.

Super Shuttle – Available from PIE and TPA, reservations can be made online. A non-stop shared ride from PIE is an estimated $105. From TPA it’s an estimated $125. You can also contact the hotel directly to arrange transportation to and from the hotel.

Car Rental – Avis Rent-A-Car is NACWA’s official car rental company for this meeting.  Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is T563400.

Hotel Parking – Self-parking is available for $24, plus tax, per day. Valet is available as well for $31, plus tax, per day.
