NACWA, States to Discuss State Revolving Fund Reforms

March 21, 2018) - NACWA and the Council of Infrastructure Financing Authorities (CIFA) plan to begin a series of discussion on potential policy reform proposals to streamline and simplify the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program. CIFA is the national organization representing state SRF authorities. This joint effort builds upon the work that an existing NACWA workgroup has been engaged in for some time and provides an opportunity for NACWA members to engage directly with state SRF authorities on ways to improve SRF programs.
